Our holiday rental cleaning service
As soon as your guests leave, we will have a team ready to clean and prepare it for your next guests. The team will make sure that the main areas of hygiene are looked into more thoroughly, this tends to be the bathroom(s) and kitchen areas, while also making sure all surfaces are left hygienically clean and spotless.
We use reports for every changeover outlining what work was carried out. We would also take before and after photos so that you can rest assured that the property has been left in ready to move in condition.
With our initial first visit to discuss your requirements we would normally discuss a use of a manual or if you already have one we would instruct our team to follow it's instructions.
Hallway & Staircase
- Cleaning and polishing the front door
- Vacuum and mopping the floor
- Dusting of any picture frames, furniture, mirrors and skirting boards.
Living Room
- Dusting all reachable surfaces and skirting boards
- Wipe doors and handles, light switches
- Dust blinds and clean windows on the inside
- Vacuum behind/under furniture and mop the floor
- Make an extra bed upon request (unfolding sofa)
Bedroom
- Dusting all reachable surfaces and skirting boards
- Wipe doors and handles, light switches
- Dust blinds and clean windows on the inside
- Vacuum behind/under furniture and mop the floor
- Make an extra bed upon request (unfolding sofa)
Kitchen
- Vacuum and mop the floor
- Washing the dishes
- Wipe the appliances
- Dust and polish cupboards and surfaces
Bathroom
- Washing of all surfaces
- Polishing the tiles, toilet bowl, bathtub, shower cabin, mirror, sink
- Mopping the floor
- Loading toiletries (such need to be provided by the customer)
Linen & Laundry Service
This service is offered as freshly laundered and ironed linen. Every visit the team would collect the used linen and laundry and replace them.
Usual linen consists of duvet cover, bed sheets, pillow cases, bath, hand and tea towels.
Other items can also be used with this service.
We also provide consumables and toiletries for your guests.
